Technical Director Greece

HIP is looking for a Technical Director with experience in Hospitality. Technical responsible for the transformation projects for Greece and key projects in other geographical areas.

Main tasks:

• Project Cost-plan
• Project Planning
• Project Quality 
• Project: Contracts/ Invoicing/reporting/ monitoring/ Approvals 
• Project Monitoring and reporting
• Manage PM external teams
• Manage LD (Lead design) external teams
• Coordinate Stakeholders of each project

Responsabilities:

• Responsible for the transformation projects for greece and key projects in other geographical areas.
• From acquisitions assessment to implementation, commissioning and handover.
• -Implementation of systems, tools, agreements and procedures 
• Responsible for the technical supervision of assets, both under transformation 
• Managing all stakeholders: Designers, contractors, operators and sub-consultants
• Program management (Cost, Schedule, quality) for the entire portfolio
• Strategic assessment for investments in new assets. TDD, Cost estimations and planning estimations

The ideal candidate should have:

• Fluency in English 
• Microsoft Project, Autocad, Primavera, Excel, Power Point
• Architect, Technical Architect, Civil Engineer
• Experience over 8 years in Hotels
