The Selomar hotel, currently under construction, is located on the beachfront of Levante Beach (Benidorm), with easy access to the historic centre. As part of Hispania's acquisition strategy, the hotel will undergo extensive renovation, becoming, after completing the renovation, a 4 * plus hotel with 264 rooms.
