Hotel Investment Partners (HIP) has 61 hotels located in the country's top tourist destinations. 93% of rooms are leisure and 78% are in prime beachfront or seafront locations, operated by the sector's leading brands: Marriott, Hyatt, Barceló, Melià and Lopesan, among others.
The hotels are in unique and exclusive locations, most of them in the Canary Islands, followed by the Balearic Islands, Peninsula, Italy, Greece and Portugal.
