Stephen James Cheale

Stephen Cheale is Senior Director of Cost & Procurement at Hotel Investment Partners (HIP). Stephen began his professional career in 1986 with Lovell Construction in the UK. He moved to Spain in 1989 and developed his professional career at Monk Dunstone Associates, and from 1993 he worked at Gleeds leading a cost team. In 2006, he joined Arcadis (EC Harris) to train and lead the cost management department.

During his almost 35 years of experience, he has provided advice to many national and international investment groups on projects in various sectors, including hotels, hospitals, commercial, offices, residential, education and aviation, in Spain, Portugal, France, Africa and the United Kingdom.

Stephen Cheale is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) Graduate at The College of Estate Management in Reading, UK.
