Accountant

HIP is looking for an Accountant for its Finance Department. The Accountant Will be responsible for Speed up and ensure the correct accounting principles, practices and procedures according to the Spanish standards to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

Main tasks:

•    Administrative management
Post invoices 
•    Reconcile with banks
•    Perform reporting’s
•    Issue bills
•    Review the operators' reports
•    Perform monthly closing
•    Supervision of external taxes

Responsibilities:

•    Procedures are properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner
•    Assume responsibility for ensuring good accounting of the hotels under their responsibility

The ideal candidate should have:

•    Analytical person, oriented to results, highly motivated and with a deep interest in the hotel industry
•    Ability to handle a large amount of information and inputs
•    Ability to prioritise tasks
•    Capacity to work with tight deadlines
•    Minimum experience 4 years
•    Degree in Economics or Business Administration
•    Good command of Spanish and English
•    Excel & SAP
