Analyst Engineering

HIP is looking for a graduate in engineering or industrial engineering with an interest in hospitality, to creatr a great  team in it’s offices in Canary.

Main Tasks: 

• Managing relations between HIP and Consultants / Contractors
• Energy contracts procurement, dashboards & scorecards for all the portfolio; creation of benchmarks to minimize costs 
• Coordination with Canaries Engineering and maintenance teams to implement any improvement or Capex measures and solve critical technical problems within the assets
• Benchmarking KPI related to energy efficiency and cost saving
• Coordination with asset Managers in optimizing assets and solving related problems
• Forecasting budgets for all kind of Capex, Energy Efficiency projects and 5 remedial plans
• Regulation compliance; legal technical calendars
• Risk management & Prevention

The ideal candidate should be have: 

• Excel advanced level
• Knowledge of computer tools applied to budget management, Autocad, Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of air conditioning installations, PCI, electricity, ACS, etc.
• Knowledge of the appropriate technical regulations
• Industrial Engineering or Degree in Engineering
• Valuable training in industrial maintenance or energy efficiency
• Dynamic, proactive, high organizational capacity and resolution
• Methodical, great capacity for analysis, ability to maintain good personal relationships
• Capacity for teamwork
• Fluent English
• Driving license and own car. Availability to travel
