Daniel Vilalta

Daniel Vilalta is Senior Director of Legal Corporate & Compliance at Hotel Investment Partners (HIP). Before joining HIP, Daniel developed his professional career as a lawyer in the Legal & Compliance department of GE Capital, as well as in the Corporate & M&A departments of Garrigues and KPMG Abogados, in which, during his almost fifteen years of experience, he advised Spanish and foreign companies (listed and unlisted) in national and international M&A operations, corporate restructuring, implementation of Spanish companies abroad, commercial contracts, real estate transactions and legal due diligence procedures for clients, mainly , from the consumer sector, industrial, media and venture capital funds.

Daniel Vilalta holds a Law Degree from ESADE (Indiana University Maurer School of Law alumni), a Master's in Business Law from ESADE and a Master's in Business Law from the Barcelona Bar Association.
