Fernando Banderas

Fernando Banderas Monis is Senior Director of Investment at HIP. He has more than 12 years experience in corporate finance and real estate, with 8 years focused on the hospitality sector across Spain and Portugal.
 
Prior to joining HIP he was a Director in Hotels Corporate Finance at Colliers International (formerly Irea Corporate Finance), where he advised in a broad range of projects including M&A, debt advisory, Hotel NPL portfolios, asset management, operators selection and restructuring processes. 
Fernando has previous experience in PWC Deals & Valuations team and American Appraisal financial valuation division, advising projects in different sectors.
 
Fernando holds a double degree in Business Administration and Law (ICADE E-3) from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, and a MBA from IE Business School.
