Pedro Pérez-Abad is Head of Legal at Hotel Investment Partners (HIP). He has over 8 years’ legal advisory experience in commercial and private law and specialises in real estate and financial law. He previously worked at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, advising national and international clients on real estate, urban planning and financial operations in matters such as financing and financial restructuring, M&A operations, real estate asset operations, building law, due diligence processes and general commercial contracts. He was also CFO of the public-interest Fundación 2 de Mayo for the promotion of history and culture.

Pedro Pérez-Abad holds a degree in law from the ULPGC and a master’s degree in Corporate Legal Advice (LL.M) from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business/Law School).
