Holiday Inn Bernabéu, a four-star hotel, is located next to Paseo de la Castellana and lies opposite the Santiago Bernabéu football stadium in the central business district. It has a number of restaurants, bars, a summer swimming pool and rooms for events of up to 500 people. It is the only hotel of its category in the Azca business area. Hispania owns 202 rooms and has agreed to manage all 313 rooms for the next 25 years. The asset will be fully refurbished, with the capex to depend on the operator and the category assigned to the hotel.
