Business Intelligence Analyst

HIP is looking for a BI Analyst.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and a passion for data analytics.

The role requires a good common understanding of business process in Hospitality, Real Estate or Retail environments as well as a technical background in processing data, implementing data quality and building analytics solutions.

Main tasks:

• Translate business requirements to technical specifications
• Design, build and deploy analytics and complex reporting solutions
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting
• Provide support to analytics users
• Manage data ingestion quality and procedures
• Promote new data analytics technologies

The ideal candidate should have:

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing data quality and building data models
• Experience in building dashboards and reports preferably using PowerBI or SAP-Analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Analytical and critical thinker
