HOTEL INVESTMENT PARTNERS, AWARDED FOR THE BEST BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR

Barcelona, 16 October, 2019.- HIP has been recognized for the best business development in 2019 at the second edition of the Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP) Awards held last night at Casa Llotja de Mar. Alejandro Hernández-Puértolas, founder and CEO of the company, collected the award from Jordi Soldevila, CEO of Building Center, at the traditional gala dinner held to inaugurate the leading real estate fair in Southern Europe. BMP wanted to recognize with this award the work done by the company to convert a portfolio of toxic assets into an operating company worth €4 billion. HIP continues to focus on a business model to transform hotels to generate value and provide a differentiating service to its customers.
